Just OK….but then GREAT!!

I understand that website photos depicting shades of color can be deceiving, but the PALE AMBER OPAL with white is mostly white with hints of very faint light amber here and there; it’s not what I wanted but I’ll find a use for it.
Next time I order I will ask FIRST what the true shades of the glass really are and what the predominant shade is….My Bad…
After posting the above, reps from the company reached out to me apologizing for my dissatisfaction with their product. But to take it a step further they actually went back and checked the color for my order against their own inventory stock number. Turns out, their supplier sent THEM the wrong color! So when they fulfilled my order they were completely unaware that what they were sending me was too light.
They immediately refunded my money on that part of the order and I still have the lighter glass which I will put to good use at some point. I am still in total shock that an online company - especially one dealing with nuances of tint and shade - would admit error on their part and offer a complete refund without the customer even asking.
Needless to say, I am thrilled to have finally found a reputable company who stands by their product and offers platinum level customer satisfaction….watch out Amazon!!

Alfred,
Thank you for letting us know your glass is the wrong color! I just checked the glass on the shelf, and you're completely right - this glass is too light! I've taken it out of stock and issued a refund for that glass on your order. Please accept my apology!
Upon researching the issue we found that the glass in the photos is the correct color, representing 317.02, however our supplier sent us 315.02 by mistake, mislabeled as 317.02 ('White and Pale Amber' as opposed to 'Pale Amber and White') and I am sorry no one here caught the discrepancy before it was listed!

We're usually better :-/

I'm so sorry for our error!

Thank you!
Debbie
